    Today, the Reproductive Freedom Alliance (RFA) — a nonpartisan coalition of 24 governors — submitted a public comment to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), urging the agency to withdraw a proposed rule that would politicize federal grantmaking and undermine the federal partnerships that help states deliver reproductive health care.
