Jordan Goldberg
Policy Director
Jordan is the Policy Director of the Reproductive Freedom Alliance.
Most recently, Jordan Goldberg served as Director of Policy at the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), a national nonprofit that advances access to primary care for low income, underserved communities. While at PCDC, Jordan developed the organization first comprehensive policy agenda and directed the organization's federal, state and local advocacy to expand access to primary care, including sexual and reproductive healthcare, in New York State and across the country.
Prior to joining PCDC, Jordan spent more than a dozen years leading policy in the reproductive health, rights and freedom field. Jordan served as Director of Policy at National Institute for Reproductive Health, where she oversaw NIRH's state and local policy advocacy work and partnerships. Jordan's work included analyzing reproductive health, rights and freedom policy across the United States, drafting state and local legislation and ordinances, providing strategic and technical support to advocates and lawmakers, and working with national and state coalitions to advance reproductive health care access.
Earlier in her career, Jordan spent over five years at the Center for Reproductive Rights, representing abortion care providers and running the organization's state legislative program, tracking and analyzing reproductive health related legislation across the country, providing support to advocates and partners in the states, and working with national and state partners to advocacy strategies to protect and expand access to reproductive health care. Over the eight years she worked at NIRH, Jordan contributed to abortion rights laws in multiple states, as well as local laws protecting clinic safety, ensuring access to accurate reproductive health facility information, funding abortion services, and improving reproductive healthcare services for incarcerated women.
Previously, Jordan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry T. Albin, Supreme Court of New Jersey. Prior to law school, Jordan worked in state government, on political campaigns and in communications for non-profit organizations. Jordan holds a law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a BFA from New York University.
